This group is for adolescent girls ages 14-17 who are struggling with various forms of anxiety. The challenge for you may be socially, at school, or even with specific phobias. The goal of the group is to learn the skills needed for managing intense feelings. The girls will learn what causes their fears and worries as well as what they can do to navigate or prevent anxiety. Sharing these concerns as well as learning in this group setting will be an invaluable experience for all participants.
